This policy covers Sexual Harassment and Sex Discrimination that involves College employees, and how the policy applies when the College has notice, in the form of actual knowledge, of a report or allegation of Sexual Harassment that has been reported to the Title IX Coordinator or any official of the College who has authority to institute corrective measures on behalf of the College as defined.
