Advisory Search Committee

The Nebraska State College System Chancellor has asked the following individuals to serve on the Advisory Seach Committee for the next president of Peru State College:

• Dr. Gina Bittner, Professor of Education, School of Education
• Eulanda Cade, Director of Human Resources
• Austen Janssen, Student Trustee
• Megan Lempka, Director of Business Services
• Dr. Nathan Netzer, Associate Professor of Chemistry
• Katy Novak, Mayor of Peru
• Kyle Pond, Athletic Director
• Matthew Thielen, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs
• Dr. Regina Toman, Dean, School of Professional Studies
• Al Urwin, Peru State Foundation Secretary

Search Timeline

• Mid-November to Early December – Pre-search Preparation & Search Launch
• Mid-April to July – Recruitment & Application Review
• July 25, 2025 – The position is open until filled, but full consideration can only be guaranteed to those applications received by this date. 
• Mid-July to September – Interviews & Due Diligence
• Mid-September – Finalist Visits
• January 1, 2026 – New President Begins (at the latest)
