Chadron State, Peru State, and Wayne State Colleges awarded the Nebraska State Colleges Multi-Activity Scholarship to twelve high school students at the NSAA State Soccer Championships. 

Governor Pillen has appointed Braxton Dalton of Wayne State; Alec Langan of Chadron State; and Cayla Schuster of Peru State to serve as student trustees on the Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges.

The Board of Trustees has selected Dr. Kathi Nehls as the 2024 Teaching Excellence Award recipient for the Nebraska State College System. 

The Board of Trustees officially designated April 24, 2024, as Denim Day across Chadron State, Peru State, and Wayne State Colleges in an effort to combat sexual violence and support Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
